Implementation
The Healthcare Analytics Solution™ can be implemented with current operating room automated record keeper systems and critical care clinical information systems. The Healthcare Analytics Solution™ works with, and can integrate data from, any vendor source system capable of exporting data. The Healthcare Analytics Solution™ provides hospitals with access to a complete analytic solution including hardware, software, hosting, administration, maintenance and support for a yearly service fee. The yearly service fee can include an agency, center, or individual site license to include the RGI Healthcare Analytic Platform® software & upgrades, hosting/infrastructure, and professional services (data warehouse maintenance, server & database administration, and analytics support).
The infrastructure support portion of the Healthcare Analytics Solution™ ensures a total turnkey product fully guaranteed to be operational and professionally supported at all times, and at the same time minimize the impact on local information technology staff. The Healthcare Analytics Solution™ allows for analysis across any participating hospital regardless of location. Specific services offered as part of the implementation of a Healthcare Analytics Solution™ include:
Analytics database (critical care and Operating Room) yearly service delivery
A yearly service delivery offering provides hospitals with access to a complete analytic solution including hardware, software, hosting, administration, maintenance and support for a yearly service fee. The yearly service fee includes a facility-wide license to the Healthcare Analytics Solution™ including the RGI Healthcare Analytic Platform® software & upgrades, hosting/infrastructure, and professional services (data warehouse maintenance, server & database administration, and analytics support). The infrastructure support portion of the Solution Analytics team ensures a total turnkey product fully guaranteed to be operational and professionally supported at all times.
Data Extract Software
This option provides CIS data extraction computer software to extract data from the critical care and OR databases in a form suitable for loading into the analytic environment to include software license and software maintenance. The extract will include all clinical data collected and or displayed by the clinical information system. The extract allows for all non–continuous data to be exported as stored in the CIS, and continuous data at a granularity set by the user. Export granularity for continuous monitored physiologic data may be as frequent as every 30 seconds. The extract exports data on all patients with data in the system database at the time of the extract regardless of their current status (active vs discharged).
Custom Analytics Support
This service provides for the creation of custom reports, modification of existing reports and custom enhancements to the user interface. This may include the development of hospital specific department director or service specific reports, as well as reports supporting clinical quality improvement initiatives.
CIS Disaster Recovery Analysis and Implementation
This service would include an analysis of the most cost efficient approach to disaster recovery of the data on the customer CIS servers and the development and delivery of a detailed disaster recovery approach and implementation plan for those servers.
Clinical Information System Server Support
This service includes on-going support and maintenance of the critical care clinical information system servers, operating room (OR automated record keeper) servers, a central server, CIS and health record extracts to the analytics server, oversight and updates to any Disaster Recovery Plan.
